When growth stalls and nobody can say why, we find out.

Vicious Marketing works with businesses in regulated markets that need more customers but can't pinpoint what is holding them back. Leads have dried up, acquisition costs keep climbing, revenue has gone flat, and every agency has a different answer.

We diagnose where your business model is actually breaking, then fix that specific problem, inside the rules your regulator sets.

Who we are

Not another agency selling a channel. The team that finds the real problem.

Most businesses come to us with a symptom, not a cause. Sales have slowed, cost per customer is rising, or marketing spend keeps growing while revenue doesn't. They know something is wrong. They don't know where.

That is the gap we fill. We don't start by selling SEO, ads or a new website. We start by finding where your growth model is leaking, whether that is the offer, the funnel, the channel mix, the tracking or a compliance constraint, and then fix the part that is actually broken. We specialise in regulated markets, where those problems are hardest to see and most expensive to get wrong.

Who we help

Does this sound like your business?

If any of these are true, the problem usually isn't effort or budget. It's a leak nobody has found yet.

01

Growth has stalled and nobody inside the business can explain why.

02

Your cost to win a customer keeps rising every quarter.

03

Your agency reports good numbers, but revenue isn't moving.

04

You can't tell which channel is actually bringing in paying customers.

05

Regulations block the tactics that work for everyone else.

06

You've tried more spend, a new agency or a new website, and the problem came back.

Our story

Built to end the guesswork in acquisition

Vicious Marketing started with a problem our founder, Eyal Dror, kept seeing: companies in regulated markets were spending heavily on marketing with no clear view of which part was actually working.

Growth would stall, cost per customer would creep up every quarter, and the agencies they hired answered with more activity: more content, more campaigns, more dashboards full of clicks. Spend rose, acquisition cost rose with it, and nobody could point to the lever that moved revenue.

We built Vicious Marketing to replace that guesswork with diagnosis: find where the business is really breaking, fix that specific problem, and only then scale what the numbers prove works.

That approach now runs through every engagement as the Vicious Marketing Operating System: diagnose first, fix the cause, then scale.

From our founder

"Scaling in a regulated market isn't about finding a shortcut; it's about mastering the science of data and the art of compliance."

Eyal founded Vicious Marketing on a simple conviction: you can't fix growth until you know exactly where it's breaking. He built the diagnostic approach behind the VM Operating System and leads strategy across every client engagement.

What we stand for

Four principles behind every engagement

They decide what we will and won't do for a client.

Diagnose before we prescribe

We never start with a channel or a package. We start by finding out what is actually wrong, so every recommendation is aimed at the real problem.

01

Compliance is part of the work

UKGC, MGA, FCA and ESMA rules are built in from the first draft, never patched on after a takedown. A win that risks your licence isn't a win.

02

Fix the cause, not the symptom

More traffic won't fix a broken funnel and more spend won't fix a weak offer. We fix the part of the model that is failing, then measure it in revenue and acquisition cost.

03

Honest reporting

You see the numbers a board can act on: acquisition cost, payback and pipeline, with the honest story behind them. No screenshots dressed up as results.

How we work

The Vicious Marketing Operating System

We don't start with a service. We start with your business. Every engagement runs through the same three stages, so nothing gets fixed before we know it's broken.

Every engagement starts here Stage 1

Diagnose

We look at your offer, funnel, channels, tracking and unit economics to find exactly where growth is breaking, and what fixing it is worth.

Stage 2

Engineer

We fix the specific problem the diagnosis found, using whatever it needs, SEO, paid, conversion or tracking, built to pass compliance first time.

Stage 3

Scale

Once the fix is proven in the numbers, we put more behind it and cut what doesn't work, so growth compounds instead of costing more.
