Paid Acquisition
Paid Acquisition: compliant search and paid media that buys customers at or below your CAC ceiling.
Most businesses don't struggle to acquire customers. They struggle to acquire them profitably. Our customer acquisition services replace disconnected channels with one system, so paid, SEO, conversion and lifecycle are all measured against the same CAC target. You get more customers, a lower cost per customer, and numbers your board can trust.
Customer acquisition services are the strategy, channels and measurement a business uses to win new customers at a cost its unit economics can sustain.
The meaning of customer acquisition goes beyond running ads. It covers who you target, which channels reach them, how well your site and funnel convert them, and how accurately you track what each customer costs and is worth. A generic agency manages those pieces separately and reports on activity such as clicks and leads. A CAC and LTV accountable partner runs them as one economic model, and is judged on cost per acquisition, lifetime value and payback.
The difference shows up in the numbers. Activity metrics can look healthy while each new customer quietly costs more than they are worth. Economics-led acquisition exposes that gap early, while there is still time to fix it.
Vanity uplift, loose channel silos, and blind ad platform metrics that mask leaky unit economics.
True CAC, sustained LTV, and payback windows tracked back to cold financial balance sheets.
As a customer acquisition agency, we cover every stage between a stranger and a profitable customer. Each service has one economic job, and each is built to work with the others rather than compete for a budget.
Paid Acquisition: compliant search and paid media that buys customers at or below your CAC ceiling.
SEO and AI Search: compounding organic demand that lowers blended CAC and earns visibility in AI answers.
Conversion Optimization: funnel and landing page tests judged by profit, so more visitors become customers.
Lifecycle and Retention: onboarding and email programs that raise LTV and reactivate dormant users.
Attribution and Reporting: tracking from first touch to revenue, so every dollar traces to an outcome.
Whether you call it a customer acquisition company or a set of customer acquisition solutions, the test is the same: does each piece lower the cost of a customer you want to keep? If a tactic cannot answer that question, it does not belong in the plan.
Good customer acquisition strategies start with the economics, not the ad platform. That order matters, because spending before you know your numbers just scales whatever is already leaking. Our process has four steps.
We calculate true CAC, LTV and payback by channel and find where spend is lost between click and revenue.
Offers, pages and channels are designed backwards from the cost you can afford to pay.
Campaigns go live with tracking in place, and we test messaging, audiences and pages against agreed thresholds.
Winners get more budget. Losers are cut fast. Weekly reviews keep the plan tied to the thresholds we agreed.
We run this through our VM Operating System, which keeps every channel accountable to one CAC target. Targets are agreed in writing before any spend begins.
Learning how to reduce customer acquisition cost does not mean spending less. It means fixing the mechanisms that make each customer expensive.
Fix attribution. Many teams over-fund the channel that is easiest to track. Accurate tracking shows which channels bring customers who stay and pay.
Reallocate to high-LTV channels. Shifting budget toward sources that produce more valuable customers lowers blended CAC without cutting growth.
Raise conversion. More of the traffic you already pay for becomes customers, so each one costs less.
Two ratios keep this honest. LTV:CAC compares what a customer is worth to what they cost to acquire. A common rule of thumb is around 3:1, though the right level varies by business. Payback is how many months it takes to earn back CAC from that customer's margin. A rising CAC is only a problem if payback stretches beyond what your cash can support.
A simple illustration: if a customer brings $900 in lifetime gross margin and costs $300 to acquire, LTV:CAC is 3:1. If conversion gains cut that cost to $240, the ratio improves to 3.75:1 and payback shortens, without a single extra dollar of media. That is why we work on the funnel and the measurement before we scale spend.
Fintech SaaS (US/global): blended CAC fell from about $5,000 to about $2,800 while ARR grew from roughly $5M to $25M in under a year. Trial-to-paid conversion rose from about 11% to 24-26%. Read the case study
Top-15 UK casino operator (UK case): $170 down to $139.40 by month five, with first-time depositors up from about 3,000 to 3,659 per month on unchanged spend, recovering roughly £91,800 of monthly budget. Read the case study.
US personal loan provider: quarterly organic visits grew from about 9,500 to 58,000 on a $12,875 SEO investment, with branded search falling from about 80% to 35% of traffic. Read the case study.

Economics first. Every plan starts from your CAC, LTV and payback, not from a channel menu. As a digital performance marketing agency, we are paid to improve outcomes you can verify.
Compliance built in. Required disclosures and platform rules shape campaigns from the first draft, which protects your licenses and ad accounts.
One accountable system. Paid, organic and lifecycle report to one model, so nobody can point to another channel when CAC rises.
Built for the UK and US. We run one strategy across both markets, adjusted for local rules and buyer behavior, and we show our results with real numbers and named case studies.
‘Scaling in a regulated market isn't about finding a shortcut; it's about mastering the science of data and the art of compliance.’
‘What I value most is the focus on commercially relevant acquisition rather than simply generating audience volume.’
‘Their approach looks beyond visibility and engagement to consider whether we're reaching the right audience, creating genuine buying interest, and ultimately generating commercially valuable opportunities.’
Customer acquisition is the process of winning new customers, from first awareness through to a completed purchase, sign-up or deposit. It combines marketing channels, conversion work and measurement. The aim is not just more customers but customers acquired at a cost the business can sustain, relative to what each one is worth over time.
Typical engagements include paid acquisition, SEO, conversion optimization, lifecycle and retention programs, and attribution and reporting. Ours also include a diagnosis of your true CAC and LTV before any build begins. The services work as one system, so each channel is judged against a shared cost target.
Cost depends on your media budget, the number of channels and markets, and how much measurement and compliance work is required. Fees scale with scope, and paid channels need enough budget to generate reliable data. We scope after diagnosing your funnel, so the investment matches the revenue at stake. You reduce CAC by fixing attribution, shifting budget to channels that bring higher-LTV customers, and raising conversion on traffic you already pay for. Cutting spend alone usually just cuts volume. Lowering the cost per customer while keeping quality is the goal.
A good CAC is one your margins and cash can support, measured against LTV and payback. A common benchmark is an LTV:CAC ratio near 3:1 with payback inside 12 months, though this varies by industry. Regulated markets such as iGaming and CFD often carry higher CAC because of restricted ad inventory, so compare yourself to your own vertical.
We work with B2B SaaS, fintech and cybersecurity, plus regulated markets such as iGaming and CFD/forex. Compliance is built into every campaign, and each one starts with a diagnosis of your own funnel. See our SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, iGaming and Finance (CFD/Forex) pages.
